Update from Fort Casey Inn concerning COVID-19

Our operations are currently suspended, however we are targeting a reopen date of June 12.  Thank you for your understanding as this date may change.  The physical office will be closed as the office staff moved home to remote operations.  The voicemail will be checked Monday-Friday.  Please email us at fortcaseyinn@spu.edu.

When we return, we’ll continue our stepped-up measures for disinfecting, sanitizing, cleaning, and social distancing.

In order to comply with current governmental restrictions, we are scheduling all arrivals to be with a lockbox on the back door of your unit by 3 p.m. of your arrival day. Check-out will be by dropping the keys in the drop box outside our office door.

During June, we are flexing our cancellation policy and will allow same-day cancellation should a necessity arise or governmental mandate require adjustments quickly. In addition, we are hoping some will choose to stay with us while they are practicing their social distancing, when appropriate.

Local grocery stores and some restaurants (for take-out) are also operating, and we’ll be sure to include any new information for you closer to your arrival. They will also be grateful for your business.

We appreciate your patronage during this time and look forward to having you on site with the deer. We will stay in contact with you if the situation or rules change.
